2017 Summer Camp and Class Registration is Now Open!
Special Information for Summer Only:
When registering your child for summer, please choose a class based on the grade they will be entering in September. Annual registration fees are not charged for summer classes. Makeups are allowed in other classes when space is available and can be carried over into the Fall School Year sessions (via Open Gym only). Summer class cancellation fee is $25 per child per class until 14 days before the class starts, and summer camp cancellation fee is $50 per child per camp until 30 days before the camp starts. There are no refunds after that.
Which Class to Choose?
18 months to 36 months: Our Parent & Tot class is specially designed for our youngest students. Child must have reached a minimum of 18 months of age to start this class. Parents participate with their child.
36 months to 48 months: Grasshoppers is the correct class for 3 year olds. Child may start the month they turn 3.
4 years through Kindergarten: Child may start the month before they turn 4. Our program for this age is skill based. Crickets is the entry level class open to anyone. Skill evaluations (see below) are required to enroll in the Intermediate level Bumblebees or the Advanced level Hummingbirds.
Grades 1-5: Enrollment is based on both grade and skill level. Level 1 classes are open to children who are new to gymnastics, have been out of the sport for a while, or who still lack some skills to move up to Level 2. Skill evaluations are required to enroll in all Levels above Level 1.
Skill Evaluations: Children registering for any intermediate or advanced level class must have been enrolled and participated at the desired level within the past 6 months or have passed a skill evaluation for the desired level within the past 60 days. Skill evaluations are free and can be scheduled at either office. To review our skill requirements for each level, please click here. Please respect these age and skill level requirements when you register online. If you register your child for an incorrect class, we reserve the right to remove them from that class with no guarantee of a spot in the correct class.

To Register On-Line:
Space in class is not reserved until payment is complete. Your email receipt confirms your classes. If you did not get an email receipt, your child is not registered!
If you have attended or been on a waitlist for a class or camp, or have hosted a birthday party with us within the past 3 years, or received an email from us for any reason, you already have an account in our system. Please click the “Password Forgotten” link and enter your email address to receive a temporary password. With the temporary password, sign in under the "Returning Customer" side of the screen. If you have never been to Gymnastics East before, click on "New Account" button and create an account.
After you are logged in, choose the class type and location you are interested in from the pulldown list at the top of the screen. Class times are displayed in table format. Times in blue indicate that the class has space available. Move your mouse over the class times to see how many openings there are or how many are waiting for that class. Move your mouse over the class description on the left to see more information about this type of class including the age and skill requirements.
Click on the class time you wish to register for and then on the next page, click on “Register”. Choose which child you want to enroll. Repeat these steps if you want to register for another child or class. To cancel a selection, check the “Remove” box and click on “Update”. When you are done selecting classes, you must click on the “Checkout” button and proceed through the payment process or classes will not be reserved for you. You will see a waiver for each child and then the payment screen. There will be a breakdown of your charges including any existing credit or balance due. Enter your payment information and click on "Finish" to process your payment. You will get an email receipt at this time to confirm your registration.
